By downloading or playing Chickogronda, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. License to Play

Chickogronda grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your compatible device for personal entertainment. Chickogronda is a standalone skill-based ferry-deck runner game and contains no real-money wagering, prizes, or gambling mechanics.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the artwork, audio cues, simulation logic, or compiled binary of Chickogronda except where permitted by applicable law.

3. Local Data and Resets

High scores, highest chapter marks, and peak cargo counts are kept locally on your device. Resetting your records in Settings or deleting Chickogronda from your device permanently clears those local records.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Chickogronda is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of Chickogronda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.
